All sales are final. All cookies are made to order and perishable. In addition, no refunds will be given due to breakage. Cookies are individually wrapped and then again wrapped in bubble wrap. I package them as securely as possible, but I cannot control how the box is treated once it is out of my hands. So once the order is shipped, I am not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs with USPS handling. I add a few cookies to orders to ensure extra cookies in case a couple break in transit. I will ship USPS 3-day priority. Please note this is not a guaranteed date. I ship out the week before your date in case of delays.
